I can not say which combination works best, because everyone has something else like in your chicken. I choose vegetables you like and throw them together. You can get blown canned vegetables on the island of Asian cuisine, or the frozen island, you might get an ideal blend of chicken. Or you can be cool. I like to use the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, duck sauce or to taste, but it depends on what kind of options you want. You can also try the pepper, ginger, etc.
Oh, I love to stir fry that I can help. I want to make my own style Italian olive oil or another, then I would start liekRosemaryy Add herbs and basil. For sweet onions, garlic. I like carrots, eggplant, peppers used, green olives, tofu, meat would also add soy to make it more "friendly". I would like to add red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar for flavor and balance of the oil. Bake 5 / 10 until carrots or closer veggtable begins to go .... Fresh oil and vinegar should be almost boiling but not until then:) Good luck .....
Something simple that I like:
Heat a little soy sauce (instead of oil, like most Fried), has 2-3 cloves chopped garlic in a block of firm tofu into cubes (freeze-thaw first closed-cut, if you prefer texture). Cook for a little, add mushrooms, cook mushrooms until they are soft. Broccoli steamed just long enough for the broccoli to begin to take on the flavor. Add soy sauce in the kitchen of all, it seems, therefore, there is enough liquid.
Serve over rice. If you have a little pepper to mushrooms and tofu, both take the taste of pepper.
I like mixing water chestnuts roasting broccoli florets, carrots, onions, red or green peppers, garlic, zucchini and vegan mock chicken. It's also good to be with white rice or Asian noodles and serve with soy sauce or sauce of choice, and spices.

The tofu would be nice if you find that you are absorbing a great fry sauce for tofu stir, too.
Otherwise, a package of frozen Veges everything you need!

What would you like vegetables, watercress, broccoli, peppers, onions, peas with rice noodles and tofu cubes, which is just soy sauce or sweet and sour with great.

The best way is to get frozen stir fry vegetables. My favorite is sauteed broccoli. Loads of broccoli with red and yellow peppers.
