Where can I find copyright-free medical images re: human development? - fetal development photos

I am especially interested in the pictures of fetal development. In particular, images / photos / illustrations show that the phases (the fetal growth only child), and) anatomical implications for women (cross-sections, including the fetus. Images in the public would be better, but I'm also open to images of the stock at a reasonable price (I think istockphoto.com at a reasonable price, but it lacks a good set of medical images).
